1. Licence Grant
When you generate mockups using MockupBulk, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the generated mockup images for the following purposes:
- Product listings on marketplaces (Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.)
- Your own website and online store
- Social media posts and advertising for your products
- Print marketing materials for your products (flyers, catalogues, etc.)
- Client presentations and proposals
This licence applies only to the final generated mockup images that contain your designs. It does not grant any rights to the underlying template images themselves.
2. Strictly Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:
- Creating a competing mockup library or service — You may not use our templates, generated images, or any derivative works to create, compile, or distribute a collection of mockup templates or a mockup generation service that competes with MockupBulk.
- Redistributing templates — You may not redistribute, resell, sublicence, share, or make available our mockup template images (with or without your designs) as standalone files, template packs, or digital products.
- Extracting or isolating templates — You may not attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, isolate, or recreate the underlying mockup template images from generated mockups.
- Bulk downloading for redistribution — You may not use automated tools, scripts, or manual processes to systematically download templates or generated mockups for the purpose of building an image library outside of MockupBulk.
- Reselling generated mockups as mockups — You may not sell the generated mockup images themselves as mockup templates or stock photos. They are licensed for use as product marketing materials only.
3. Template Ownership
All mockup templates, room scenes, product photographs, and template assets provided by MockupBulk remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cazner Pty Ltd. No ownership or copyright in the templates is transferred to you at any time, regardless of your subscription plan.
The templates are protected by copyright under Australian and international intellectual property law.
4. Your Designs
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all designs you upload to MockupBulk. We do not claim any rights over your artwork. You are solely responsible for ensuring your uploaded designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Content Guidelines
You may not upload or generate mockups containing:
- Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity
- Hateful, discriminatory, or threatening content
- Content depicting child exploitation or abuse
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Malware, viruses, or malicious code disguised as images
- Personally identifiable information of others without consent
6. Fair Usage
Free and Pro plans are intended for genuine product marketing use. We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that exhibit unusual or excessive usage patterns inconsistent with normal product mockup generation, including but not limited to:
- Generating tens of thousands of mockups in a short period with no apparent commercial purpose
- Automated or scripted generation requests
- Downloading all templates in a systematic fashion
7. Custom Templates
If you upload your own product photos as custom templates, you retain ownership of those images. However, any custom templates you create within MockupBulk are for your personal use only and may not be shared with or made available to other users unless you explicitly grant permission.
8. Enforcement
We monitor for violations of this policy. If we determine that you have violated any of the prohibited uses listed above, we may:
- Issue a warning and request you cease the prohibited activity
- Immediately suspend or terminate your account without refund
- Remove any content that violates this policy
- Pursue legal remedies including injunctive relief and damages under Australian intellectual property law
