Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address. We use magic link authentication so we do not collect or store passwords.

Uploaded content: When you upload designs, they are stored securely in your private account. We do not access, view, sell, or share your uploaded designs with anyone.

Usage data: We track basic usage metrics such as how many mockups you generate per month to enforce plan limits.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data securely under their own privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the MockupBulk service
• Send magic link login emails
• Process subscription payments via Stripe
• Enforce usage limits based on your plan
• Send important service updates (rare, no marketing spam)

4. Your Designs

Your uploaded designs remain your intellectual property at all times. We do not claim any ownership or license over your artwork. Your designs are stored securely and are only accessible by you. You can delete your designs at any time.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Railway for application hosting, Cloudflare R2 for file storage). All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect your information but no system is 100% secure.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional emails (magic links)
• Cloudflare R2 — file storage
• Railway — application hosting

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (bm_session) to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data and uploaded designs for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account and data remain accessible on the free plan. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at hello@mockupbulk.com.

9. Your Rights

Under Australian Privacy Law and the GDPR (if applicable), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
