By accessing or using MockupBulk (mockupbulk.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. MockupBulk is operated by Cazner Pty Ltd (ABN 39 648 003 570). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
MockupBulk is a web-based tool that allows users to generate product mockup images by combining their uploaded designs with mockup templates. The service includes a free tier and paid subscription plans.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are in USD. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the free plan. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all designs you upload. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights. We do not claim any ownership, license, or rights over your uploaded designs.
Mockup templates provided by MockupBulk are licensed for use within the service to generate product mockups. You may use the generated mockup images commercially (on your website, marketplace listings, social media, etc.). You may not redistribute, resell, or share the raw mockup template files themselves.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, MockupBulk and Cazner Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@mockupbulk.com. Upon termination, your uploaded designs and generated mockups will be deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
