Downloading Your Mockups
Download Your ZIP
Once mockup generation completes, a download button appears on the results screen. Click it to get a ZIP file containing all of your generated mockups.
Pro users get full high-resolution downloads at whatever DPI and format they selected. Free plan users receive standard-resolution mockups.
Folder Structure Options
Choose how your mockup files are organized inside the downloaded ZIP. Pick the structure that best matches your workflow.
By Design
Each design gets its own folder containing all the mockups created with that design. Great for organizing by product artwork.

By Template
Each template gets its own folder containing all the mockups made with that template. Useful when preparing listings grouped by product type.

All in One
All mockups are placed in a single flat folder with no subfolders. Simple and straightforward, but can get messy with large batches.

File Naming
Choose from 9 naming patterns to match your workflow and platform requirements. The pattern you select is applied to every generated file.

Tip: Choose the naming pattern that best matches the requirements of your e-commerce platform (Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, etc.) to make uploading faster.
Checking Job Status
View all your generation jobs on the Dashboard. Each job shows its current status:
Re-downloading
Completed jobs are available for download from your Dashboard for 30 days after generation. You can re-download the ZIP file as many times as you need within that window.
After 30 days, the files are automatically removed from our servers. If you need the mockups again after that, you'll need to regenerate them using the same designs and templates.
Important: Make sure to save your downloaded mockups to your local storage or cloud backup. Don't rely solely on MockupBulk for long-term file storage.
